Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide traditional therapies, including massages, facials, body treatments, and therapeutic services.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to analyze client concerns and create curated treatment plans.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to conduct a high-end guest journey from reception to guest checkout.
  • Work within a team of like-minded individuals to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel environment, with expertise in delivering a range of treatments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail, with previous experience working with a spa booking system advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
