We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our Sheridan Liverpool Outlet team. This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

  • As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets.
  • You will drive a high-performing team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills are essential, with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals.
  • Maintaining store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering, is also a key responsibility.
  • Analysis of reports will enable you to make commercial decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other store metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create an appealing store environment.
