Job OverviewThis is a full-time position working 38 hours a week across a Sunday-Thursday roster at our Bonds Miranda Store.
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team and take on leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Create memorable customer connections by leading by example.
- Assist in training and developing your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
- Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and manage high stock volumes.
- Process deliveries and collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks.
- Eligibility for monthly cash bonuses through our Retail Incentive Scheme.
