Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level technical support for a diverse range of clients
- Handle escalations from the level 1 Helpdesk team
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Perform technical support of servers, network, and hardware
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Install, maintain, and expand IT infrastructure for clients
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in providing level 2 IT support
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, VMware/Hyper-V, Hardware, and LAN/WAN Networks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Tertiary education in Information Technology, with certifications in Azure, Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL beneficial
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy organisation highly advantageous
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle required
