Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd level technical support for a diverse range of clients
  • Handle escalations from the level 1 Helpdesk team
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Perform technical support of servers, network, and hardware
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Install, maintain, and expand IT infrastructure for clients

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing level 2 IT support
  • Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, VMware/Hyper-V, Hardware, and LAN/WAN Networks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tertiary education in Information Technology, with certifications in Azure, Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL beneficial
  • Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy organisation highly advantageous
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle required
