Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at TAO TIE PTY LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious Japanese dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new menu items, including sushi, sashimi, and hot dishes, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service, maintaining high culinary standards and consistency.
  • Collaborate with management to design and update the menu, including seasonal items and chef's specials.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they are proficient in sushi preparation and hot dish techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, complying with health regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualification in culinary arts or related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a high-end kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards under pressure.
