**Job Opportunity:**

Seeking Experienced Proposal Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced proposal manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering or technical program management and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for bid response, identifying winning conditions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations showcasing aircraft capabilities.
  • Support customer meetings and/or visits, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings or technical reviews with customers prior to proposal submission.
  • Effectively manage internal and external resources and stakeholders during the proposal stage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal and/or project management.
  • Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage time effectively under aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of policies and processes.
