We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bid Manager to lead winning strategies for our naval capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to drive compelling proposals that strengthen our contribution to national defence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Bid Management: Develop and manage bid plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and business processes.
  • Manage Bid Teams: Establish, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional bid teams, fostering collaboration and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure full compliance with tender requirements and our governance frameworks.
  • Deliver High-Quality Bids: Produce high-quality, persuasive bid documentation, incorporating technical, commercial, and cost inputs.
  • Facilitate Reviews: Facilitate key reviews, including colour team reviews, risk reviews, cost reviews, and executive briefings.
  • Champion Bid Win Strategy: Champion the bid win strategy, ensuring responses are tailored to customer priorities and competitive differentiators.
