Portfolio Leadership

As a Portfolio Leader, you will be responsible for the performance and growth of our Hybrid IT & Enterprise Applications portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Cloud technologies (specializes in one of Azure or AWS) and good understanding of Enterprise Applications (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Business Apps, IBM Maximo).

Key responsibilities include defining and managing current and future offerings, identifying, developing and managing differentiated offerings that are market competitive and achieve financial objectives.

Additionally, the Portfolio Leader will be accountable for being the global point of contact and have financial ownership of the portfolio, revenue realization and margin attainment.

Responsibilities also include driving collaboration within the portfolio and across all supporting functions within the local and global matrixed environment.

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership skills gained from a cross-cultural and matrixed business environment, with strong executive presence and experience working with C-level executives.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree, Management qualifications from a premier institute would be preferable, along with experience developing strong collaborative relationships to manage key stakeholder relationships and build organizational capability.
