This is a unique opportunity to join an organization as a high-impact Portfolio Performance Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling strategy execution and driving enterprise-wide visibility into portfolio health, delivery performance, and strategic outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of strategic portfolio management and be able to lead the development of prioritization, tracking, and reporting capabilities that align initiatives with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the enterprise portfolio, ensuring visibility of all strategic, regulatory, and operational initiatives consuming group resources.
  • Develop and apply an enterprise-wide prioritization model to align initiatives with strategic objectives and optimize portfolio value.
  • Establish governance and processes to track strategy execution and benefit realization across the Group.
  • Design and implement performance reporting frameworks that measure progress against strategic targets and metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Deep domain knowledge in wealth management, including wrap platforms, superannuation, investment products, and/or financial advice.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic portfolio management within complex, multi-business environments.
  • Proven expertise in prioritization models, performance reporting, and benefits realization.
