About the Role


Goodstart Forest Gardens is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to lead our team of Educators in providing high-quality early childhood education.


Salary: $34.72 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits, paid at least 5% above award rate.


Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Senior Educator who can take charge of their own room, leading a team to deliver exceptional educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.


The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
