**Salary and Benefits:**
The successful candidate will be paid up to $32.23 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits. We offer a competitive salary package that includes at least 5% above the award rate.
In addition to your base pay, you can also enjoy benefits such as 50% discount off your childcare gap fees and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave.
**Job Description:**
As an Educator – Nursery Room at Goodstart Mount Louisa, you will play a vital role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children.
You will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to provide a safe and inclusive environment where every child thrives and feels valued.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
