About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Toowoomba Glenvale Drive. As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational programs and care for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development;
  • Provide safe and supportive environments for children to play, learn, and grow;
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher;
  • Australian Working With Children Check;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (preferred).
