We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mount Isa. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
**About the Role:**
- Work as part of a collaborative team to design and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive centre environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

**Requirements:**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Estimated Salary: $64,460 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week.
