Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Experience Director to drive the creation of world-class events and brand experiences that elevate our global brands.

The Role:

This strategic role will shape and deliver our brand experience strategy, aligned to commercial, marketing, and customer goals. The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of large-scale consumer, corporate, and cultural events, creating best-in-class experiences that integrate seamlessly across physical, digital, and social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive brand experience strategy, driving experiential marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and fuel acquisition
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies to bring bold ideas to life
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and development

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years' experience in events or brand experience roles, ideally within multi-brand, retail, or lifestyle sectors
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale campaigns that deliver measurable commercial and brand impact
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
