Industrial Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of industrial projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, trade packages, and procurement processes, as well as collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

About The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation, review, and management of contracts and trade packages;
  • Assistance with tendering, quote analysis, and procurement registers;
  • Liaison with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers;
  • Monitoring contract performance and project costs;
  • Management of procurement, scheduling, and deliveries;
  • Support to Senior Project Manager with claims, reporting, and contract payments;
  • Tracking long-lead items, subcontractor performance, and project progress;
  • Ensuring systems and documentation are accurate and up-to-date;
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports;
  • Monitoring costs, variations, invoicing, and compliance with SOPA/legal requirements;
  • Management of purchase orders, subcontracts, insurances, and payment schedules;
  • Maintenance of project registers and documentation;
  • Issue and tracking of subcontractor defects to completion;
  • Ensurance of contractor compliance (SWMS, personnel, equipment);
  • Assistance with project safety plans and maintenance of records;
  • Management of defects in Procore and assurance of ITPs completion;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably industrial projects;
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulatory requirements, and project management processes;
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset and initiative;
  • Proficiency in Procore and MS Office Suite desirable.
