Job Title: Industrial Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Industrial Project Coordinator. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of industrial projects, from inception to completion.

About the Role:

The Industrial Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project meetings and ensuring timely progress;
  • Supporting project procurement through tender activities;
  • Managing contract documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Analyzing budgets and cashflows to ensure financial stability;
  • Attending site visits to verify progress claims and assess project status;
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including tradespeople, suppliers, consultants, and external third parties.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience. They will also have similar experience working on industrial projects with values exceeding $20 million. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are essential for this role, as is proven experience working with various stakeholders.
