About the Role:
  • Develop construction design documents for various D&C projects across Sydney
  • Liaise with project teams, external consultants, and site personnel to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Prepare and submit required documents for council approval, including DA, CC, and CDC applications
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' local experience in similar roles within construction, Drafter, or Design Coordinator positions
  • Proficient use of Revit software for design documentation
  • Experience with lodging CC and CDC applications is highly desirable
