Our team is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of industrial projects on an 18-month contract basis.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to collaborate with occupier clients, developers, and landlords, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will assist the project manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, managing stakeholder relationships, developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress, risks, and compliance throughout each project phase, and preparing and presenting reports and documentation for project tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Track progress, risks, and compliance throughout each project phase.
  • Prepare and present reports and documentation for project tracking.
  • Support day-to-day consultancy and project management tasks as new projects arise.

Qualifications
  • Experience in project management, construction, or industrial development.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of cold storage facilities, industrial developments, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex projects effectively.
