This full-time position involves managing various tasks, including phone calls, client enquiries, diary and schedule management, document preparation and proofreading.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service via the telephone
- Coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare and format documents accurately
- Provide accurate transcription services
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a legal secretary
- Typing speed of 65–70 wpm with high accuracy
- Professional communication skills and a courteous telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
