Trade Credit Expert Leader

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in Trade Credit, employing exceptional skills to develop new and existing clients, ensuring excellent retention and driving growth across the Trade Credit practice.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with technical excellence and drive exceptional client outcomes
  • Develop and manage innovative solutions, services, and capabilities across the Trade Credit team
  • The position will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, building client relationships, developing opportunities, and managing a high-performing team

As a Trade Credit expert, you are responsible for the delivery of client service as well as the development of innovative solutions for existing and prospective Trade Credit clients. The position will report to the Head of Trade Credit.

Requirements:
  • Responsible for the retention and growth of clients, including sales strategy development and execution
  • Leading the structuring, negotiation, and management of complex Credit Insurance programs
  • Providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure exceptional client relationship management and retention
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our Trade Credit offering, including cross-sell and new business initiatives
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue targets for retention and growth, both within existing accounts and through new business development
  • Collaborates with colleagues and third-party partners to ensure clients receive solutions that meet their needs
  • Proactively builds external partnerships and relationships to fulfill client needs
  • Designs and delivers marketing activities linked to overall business plan
  • Drives growth, innovation, performance standards, and capability building
  • Mentor and assisting junior team members.
