Senior Trade Credit Growth Manager

This exceptional position enables a dynamic leader to join a global organization, driving growth across the Trade Credit practice in Melbourne. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, structuring and negotiating complex credit insurance programs, and providing strategic guidance for client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead retention and growth of clients, including sales strategy development and execution
- Develop and manage complex credit insurance programs
- Provide strategic guidance for client relationship management and retention
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Trade Credit offerings, including cross-sell and new business initiatives
This role requires a seasoned leader with deep technical knowledge and a proven track record in Trade Credit.
Requirements- Extensive senior experience within broking or underwriting with a minimum 3 years in a management role
- Exceptional understanding of credit insurance solutions and credit risk management for large, sophisticated clients
- Proven ability to achieve sustainable growth with existing and new clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills at a C-suite level
