Key Responsibilities:- Retain and grow clients through sales strategy development and execution.
- Lead the structuring, negotiation, and management of complex insurance programs.
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure exceptional client relationship management and retention.
- Pursue opportunities to expand trade credit offerings, including cross-sell and new business initiatives.
- Extensive senior experience within broking or underwriting with a minimum 3 years in a management role.
- Exceptional understanding of credit insurance solutions and credit risk management for large, sophisticated clients.
- Trade credit insurance mandatory; structured credit and surety knowledge and experience are highly regarded.
