We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Trade Credit specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage innovative solutions, services, and capabilities across the Trade Credit domain
  • Succeed in a high-paced environment, building relationships, developing opportunities, and managing a high-performing team
About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop new and existing clients, ensuring excellent retention and exponential growth across the Trade Credit practice.

You will be responsible for delivering Aon client service and developing innovative solutions for existing and prospective Trade Credit clients.

What You Will Do:
  • Responsible for the retention and growth of clients, including sales strategy development and execution
  • Lead the structuring, negotiation, and management of complex Credit Insurance programs
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure exceptional client relationship management and retention
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the Trade Credit offering, including cross-sell and new business initiatives
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets for retention and growth, both within existing accounts and through new business development
About You:

This position requires a dynamic leader with deep technical knowledge and a proven track record in Trade Credit.

You will bring:

  • Extensive senior experience within broking or underwriting with a minimum 3 years in a management role
  • Exceptional understanding of credit insurance solutions and credit risk management for large, sophisticated clients
  • Trade credit insurance mandatory; structured credit and surety knowledge and experience are highly regarded
