Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality search solutions.
- Define and communicate technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with product vision.
- Identify and solve technical challenges impacting multiple teams.
- Design and implement advanced search systems, including scalable indexing pipelines.
- Extensive experience building search systems using Elasticsearch or Solr.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex search architectures.
- Experience managing complex search infrastructure and delivering scalable features.
- Mentorship experience in teaching others about search best practices.
