We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Network Site Partner to join our team at Healthcare Professionals Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering clinical trials across a national network, working closely with our program manager to optimize site referrals and patient access to cutting-edge cancer treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a communication conduit between our organization and site community, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Site Optimization: Identify and address barriers to patient referral and participation, synthesizing information on site capabilities and capacity to optimize sites' abilities to participate in clinical trials.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish new strategic partnerships with sites interested in precision oncology trials, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with all levels of the site community, including clinicians and C-suite, to build trust and foster key partnerships.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Health/Science.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical trial project management/operations across commercial and academic trials.
- Skills: Strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the site community.
- Advantages: Experience in business development/account management and oncology is highly advantageous.
