Job Title: Clinical Research Associate - Oncology Trials Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Oncology Trials. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to monitor trial progress and ensure compliance with study protocols
  • Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure trial success
  • Develop and maintain site start-up documents, including SIV agendas and study protocols
  • Provide training and support to junior team members
  • Participate in study team meetings and contribute to the development of study plans and protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in Oncology trials
  • Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
