Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team in monitoring and managing clinical trials in the Oncology space. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for working on multiple trials, ensuring the quality of life for patients, and providing leadership and guidance to site staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage clinical trials in Oncology, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice and local regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, including mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Develop and implement site start-up documents, including SIV agendas, and provide training to site staff.
  • Represent the company at site meetings and provide input on study documents, such as Monitoring Guidelines.
  • Travel up to 50% to conduct site visits and monitor trial progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in monitoring pharmaceutical industry clinical trials.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience monitoring Oncology trials.
  • Knowledge of several therapeutic areas and analytical/risk-based monitoring experience is an asset.
  • Ability to operate and use various systems and databases, including CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and IWRS.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively manage study sites both remotely and face-to-face.
