Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Oncology trials. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage clinical trials, including site initiation, data collection, and study close-out
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to site staff on study protocols and procedures
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful trial execution
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with trial conduct
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address any issues or deviations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in Oncology trials
  • Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
