Job Overview

We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as a Public Sector Account Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue and prime quota attainment within assigned territories. You will develop and execute sales strategies, engage with customers, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales execution through effective territory/account cloud ERP first sales process
  • Drive incremental revenue and prime quota attainment within assigned territory, fully responsible for territory strategy, customer engagement/coverage, forecasting, planning, and closing sales both direct and indirect
  • Actively engage with the market by leveraging digital sales motion, combining social, digital, and content tools to bring remarkable customer experiences
  • Drive effective quarterly/annual sales execution in accordance with franchise sales methodology
  • Align with SAP partners, engaging in territory planning, opportunity development, deal strategy, and offering pricing and solution support and deal closing
  • Act as partners' single point of contact during sales cycle by pulling in other SAP resources, including presales teams, as needed
  • Communicate sales plan and performance to goals regularly with key stakeholders
  • Update and maintain reporting tools such as CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management
  • Demand generation planning and execution to ensure coverage, collaborating with region marketing, solution marketing, partner/channel management, and others as required
  • Qualify leads and progress throughout entire sales cycle to close
  • Maintain sufficient pipeline to support quota attainment every quarter

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in account executive role, as prime quota carrier
  • Knowing or having successful experience in multi-channel go-to-market models
  • Knowledge and understanding of direct and indirect channel dynamics
  • Knowledge of ERP market and hyperscale cloud
  • Familiarity of selling to federal government
  • High-energy team player with ability to develop strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Results-oriented with passion to learn and desire to run own business
  • Proven ability of managing or working as part of virtual team
