Job Title:

Technical Solutions Manager

Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee technical product management for ESG and Sustainability solutions. This role involves understanding sensor technology, monitoring systems, and reporting tools relevant to Scope 1 emissions in mobile mining equipment.

This position requires fostering technical partnerships with third-party ESG ecosystem collaborators who leverage machine data to deliver value-added analytics for ESG-related digital solutions for customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with companies' stakeholders and 3rd party ecosystem partners to understand technical requirements and inform GHG reduction/sustainability solution roadmaps.
  2. Plan and document requirements for capturing and securely sharing machine data and analytical insights between stakeholders and partners.
  3. Evaluate and document technical capabilities of 3rd party solutions as part of the Proof of Value early adoption testing, CVC investment, and M&A due diligence processes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of Technical Product Management or related experience in ESG, Sustainability, and GHG reduction.
  • Experience identifying and working with Industrial IoT and/or cloud-based ecosystem partners, including creation of APIs and technical planning for customer deployments around sustainability solutions.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations to both technical and business audiences, including a value proposition around ESG/Sustainability.
  • Previous experience with sustainability technologies and services for mining or similar industrial markets.
  • Fluency in English is a must, Japanese is a plus.
