About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Expert to lead our team in delivering high-quality digital solutions. As a Digital Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for consulting with stakeholders to obtain, analyze, and communicate technical requirements for changes to business processes, policies, digital systems, and applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify, document, and assist business stakeholders in articulating clearly defined business requirements.
  • Develop member-centric digital solutions that deliver the best outcomes for our members.
  • Draft technical requirements and artefacts to communicate solution designs that will assist developers throughout delivery.
  • Step in to lead a solution as required, including design, estimations, coordination, and specification activities, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and expectations.
  • Conduct continuous improvements on digital initiatives implemented and identify opportunities for further optimization within the process.
About You
  • Must have professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills.
  • Must have business acumen and industry knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes and products.
  • Knowledge of digital IT trends and experience working with digital platforms.
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience using UML to create sequence diagrams.
  • Extensive experience working with APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge and use of process modelling tools to create BPMN and flow diagrams.
