The Role

We're on the lookout for a Digital Marketer to join TwentyTwo on a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend for the right person.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of project management, eCommerce, CRM, and analytics. While you'll be based at our Fortitude Valley HQ, you'll also spend some days onsite in our client's offices (central Brisbane, not far from us).

This isn't just another marketing role: it's a front-row seat to a major digital change project. This 6-month contract is your chance to roll up your sleeves managing websites, email, and analytics. Got a head for detail and a heart for digital? This one's for YOU

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and coordinating digital projects from scope to delivery, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Managing eCommerce website updates and improvements for a seamless customer experience.
  • Building and optimising campaigns across CRM and email platforms (segmentation, automation, workflows, EDMs).
  • Producing analytics reports and insights (PowerBI experience a bonus)
  • Briefing and collaborating with developers, designers, and external providers to deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshooting digital issues and recommending improvements proactively.
Who You Are
  • Someone with at least 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house)
  • Strong project manager: organised, deadline-driven, and confident reporting up, down, and all around.
  • Experience with eCommerce websites, email marketing and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to interpret results and turn them into insights.
  • Bonus points (but not essential) for: basic HTML/CSS, PowerBI, or experience being involved in digital change projects.
  • A team player with a proactive "figure-it-out" mindset
