Digital Solutions Expert

We're seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Expert to lead the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance the digital user experience. This exciting opportunity involves consulting with stakeholders to obtain, analyse, communicate, and validate technical requirements for changes to business processes, policies, digital systems, and applications.

About the Role

You will identify business problems and seek opportunities to solve them while enhancing the digital user experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, documenting, and assisting business stakeholders in articulating clearly defined business requirements.
  • Developing member-centric digital solutions that deliver the best outcomes for members.
  • Drafting technical requirements and artefacts to communicate solution designs that will assist developers throughout delivery.
  • Leading solutions as required, including design, estimations, coordination, and specification activities, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and expectations.
  • Conducting continuous improvements on digital initiatives implemented and identifying opportunities for further optimisation within the process.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills.
  • Business acumen and industry knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes and products.
  • Knowledge of digital IT trends and experience working with digital platforms.
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience using UML to create sequence diagrams.
  • Extensive experience working with APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge and use of process modelling tools to create BPMN and flow diagrams.
