Job Description

We are seeking a Sustainability Development Manager to play a key role in driving our shift to sustainable business. As an expert in environmental management, you will lead the development of roadmaps towards sustainability targets and coordinate annual targets and execution plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and standards, as well as experience in driving change in a global environment.

You will be responsible for monitoring progress and providing support for target delivery, leading and participating in projects and activities related to sustainability, and managing work related to science-based targets initiative including data analysis locally.

This is a unique opportunity to make a true difference by influencing and driving sustainability across Sales Area Australia, New Zealand and PNG.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in environmental management or similar is required.
  • Relevant industry experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork are crucial for this role.
  • A track record in driving change in a cross-global environment is necessary.
