About the Role

Cooks Home Assistance Care is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting various security tools and platforms, including CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Secure Web Gateways, Web Application Firewalls, Cloud Security Posture Management, Data Loss Prevention, Application Control, Email and Endpoint Security, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks, requests for supported platforms, tools, and policies.
  • Investigate and resolve operational incidents.
  • Identify and coordinate the remediation of cloud security misconfigurations.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of cyber security projects.
Requirements
  • Technically minded with proven experience in supporting a variety of enterprise security tools and platforms, including XDRs, DLP solutions, application whitelisting solutions.
  • Experience with identifying and remediating cloud security misconfigurations across various platforms. Experience with managing endpoint security controls to meet security framework compliance, including Essential 8 ML2.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft SC200/AZ500, AWS Cloud Security, and/or relevant industry experience is desirable.
  • Experience managing interdependencies and competing demands to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Experience in cyber security, risk management, or ICT project environments.
