About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Cooks Home Assistance Care. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective vulnerability management strategies to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor, detect, and report security incidents and trends.
  • Plan and coordinate cyber threat emulation activities to test our defenses and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain application security programs and conduct regular security testing to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Support the team in optimizing processes and procedures to deliver effective and sustainable security solutions.
  • Develop and lead projects to improve our cyber security posture and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and issues in IT and cyber security risks and solutions to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in vulnerability management tools and techniques.
  • Experience with DevSecOps processes and tools, as well as application security testing tools for SAST and DAST.
  • Experience in ITSM and ticketing systems is required.
  • Sound understanding of attack frameworks, adversary emulation, and penetration testing.
  • Experience in managing attack surface management and exposure management tools is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years' experience in cyber security, technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or any other relevant industry experience is desirable.
  • A passionate understanding of the changing cyber security environment and a drive to uplift security response effectiveness.
  • A collaborative team player who can work with technical and non-technical teams to ensure appropriate understanding of cyber security operations and capabilities.
