Key Job Details:

As a Personal Service Coordinator, you will be the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information.

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Provide information and assistance to guests ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby venues and businesses to make suitable recommendations.
  • Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions.
  • Provide maps and directions.
  • Assist in on-site events such as weddings or corporate meetings.
  • Develop and expand a network of contacts within the community.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Concierge in a five-star hotel or similar environment is preferred.
  • Professional presentation is required.
  • Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills with high attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Highly responsible and reliable individuals are required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Extremely organized and well-developed computer knowledge is necessary.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local area is required.
