Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Night Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and colleagues.

The successful candidate will oversee all hotel operations overnight, train colleagues in quality and service standards, and maintain and develop managers and frontline colleagues.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration
  • Four years of guest service/hotel experience with two years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must speak local language
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid Certificate

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all hotel operations in the absence of the Night Manager or designate during nights. You will also ensure the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function during the hours of 11pm – 7am.

As a key member of our team, you will provide prompt, professional service, personal recognition, and a seamless front and back-of-house experience for guests. You will support and ensure Front Office staff provides guests with prompt service, professional attention, and personal recognition.
