Strategic Health Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced health professional to lead strategic health, occupational hygiene and wellbeing initiatives across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Developing and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives across the group.
- Leading the development and implementation of health and hygiene risk assessments and monitoring programs.
- Using data to report, analyse trends, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Driving the Health & Wellbeing Strategy with initiatives that support good physical and mental health.
- Participating in psychosocial risk management strategy and programs.
- Identifying occupational hygiene issues and delivering practical solutions.
- Developing training and coaching for managers and employees to improve occupational health, hygiene and wellbeing awareness and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field.
- Experience in managing occupational hygiene programs and delivering risk-based solutions across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
- Experience in developing and delivering structured wellbeing plans and initiatives.
- Effective communicator with proven stakeholder engagement across all levels; collaborates as part of a broader HSE team.
- Proficient in addressing psychosocial risks and driving wellbeing and cultural initiatives.
- Willing and able to travel to support multi-site operations.
