As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals through effective utilization of our cutting-edge platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will build strong relationships with clients, providing tailored support and strategic guidance to maximize satisfaction and drive positive retention rates.

Key to your success will be clearly understanding customer requirements, interpreting business needs, and offering practical product information to optimize service utilization.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of telehealth or virtual care industry trends and regulatory frameworks
  • Holding a higher education qualification in a relevant field, such as Healthcare Management, Business, Commerce, or Information Technology
  • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in Customer Success and/or Customer Retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Solid grounding in selling skills – consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation, closing
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive and solution-orientated approach
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Possess strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and software used within the aged care sector
  • Advanced level of computer literacy including Microsoft Suite, CRMs, Project Planning Tools & Reporting Capabilities
  • Familiarity with the aged care sector, including regulations, client needs, and the challenges faced by both clients and service providers
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance and/or sales targets
  • Ability to travel at short notice to meet client and business needs
