About the Role:

  • Maintain health and safety standards to ensure a secure workplace.

  • Oversee centre Storypark posts to maintain open communication with families.
  • Foster an inclusive, exploratory, and creative learning atmosphere that promotes child development.
  • Offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with families to support each child's unique learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering age-specific programs and routines.
  • Establish strong relationships with educators, children, and families through effective communication and teamwork.
About You:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood educator who excels in team environments and prioritizes community involvement.

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification.
  • Possess current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Completed Child Protection Training Certificate or willing to obtain.
  • Hold an Approved Working with Children Check (state-specific).
  • Show dedication to nurturing young learners.
  • Have experience in curriculum development, focusing on play-based and holistic education.
  • Display excellent communication skills for documenting and sharing educational progress.
  • Be able to provide constructive feedback and promote team growth.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
  • Cultivate a collaborative mindset and commitment to community learning.
