Prostate Cancer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Prostate Cancer Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Prostate Cancer Care Specialist, you will work closely with primary, secondary, and tertiary health services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals navigating prostate cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced, evidence-based care and support for men with prostate cancer, including initial assessments, needs triage, care coordination, follow-ups, and identifying clinical trial opportunities.
  • Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and technical expert in prostate cancer care, leading education programs and promoting best practices.
  • Drive innovation and service development across cancer care, surgery, and perioperative services, enhancing the overall quality of care.
  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to data collection relevant to prostate cancer care, advancing the field and improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a healthcare professional
  • Advanced clinical skills in cancer or urological nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, leading teams and mentoring colleagues
  • Proven leadership and analytical thinking skills, with a commitment to quality improvement and best practice
