Job Overview

This role provides advanced clinical expertise and leadership to support safe, person-centred care in a healthcare setting. The Clinical Care Specialist will deliver high-quality patient care, lead education and professional development initiatives, and contribute to quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced clinical assessment, planning, and coordination of care for patients with complex needs.
  • Provide clinical leadership and act as a role model for professional practice, education, and research.
  • Support and mentor staff and students through facilitation, supervision, and education.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement, innovation, and research activities aligned with organizational goals.
