Clinical Nurse Educator Role

The Clinical Nurse Educator position is a key role within our organisation, focused on delivering education and training to meet the identified learning needs of nurses and non-clinicians in an aged care context.

This advanced practice nurse provides clinical and non-clinical education and training activities designed to promote and facilitate clinical care outcomes, mandatory and role requisite training required by our service.

Key responsibilities include working primarily in the clinical area to offer direct support and supervision to nurses, promoting and facilitating clinical care outcomes.

  • Promote and facilitate clinical care outcomes
  • Deliver mandatory and role requisite training
