Internship Opportunity
We are seeking an HR Intern to join our ANZ HR team and support the NBCUniversal Internship Program. This role will report to the HR Coordinator ANZ and assist with programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of virtual and in-person people & culture plans for ANZ.
- Develop HR communications in line with brand guidelines and excitement for upcoming events.
- Assist in planning Learning & Development initiatives across the business.
- Support the HR team on employee lifecycle processes and actions.
- Utilize data and research to improve the employee experience.
- Participate in ideation and creation sessions with the ANZ HR team to solve local problems for people.
- Collaborate with the HR team in maintaining updated personnel files.
- Review and regularly update the employee portal with upcoming events and important communications.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Canva, MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with great prioritization skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Clear communication skills.
- Passionate about the film industry.
- Currently undertaking university study in an HR discipline or relevant field.
