HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Advisor to join our high-performing team in a part-time capacity. This role sits within our HR Solutions division, working onsite with a premium client to deliver our bespoke HR and Recruitment solution.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate successful employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits to employees.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, and assist with HR audits.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare relevant reports as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to HR processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must be determined, hardworking, and have real tenacity. You should be resilient, have an eye for detail, be a confident communicator, and be able to prioritise effectively. If you are degree qualified (preferred but not essential), proficient in MS Office/HRIS systems, have full AUS working rights, and previous experience within a HR capacity or supporting a HR team, then this could be the next step in your career.
