HR Assistant

This is an exciting chance for an ambitious HR professional to collaborate with the ANZ HR team and the NBCUniversal Internship Program. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Coordinator ANZ, supporting the wider HR team with initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the delivery of virtual and in-person people & culture plans for ANZ.
- Develop HR communications in line with brand guidelines and enthusiasm for upcoming events.
- Assist in the planning of Learning & Development initiatives across the business.
- Support the HR team on employee lifecycle processes and actions.
- Utilize data and research to enhance the employee experience.
- Participate in ideation and creation sessions with the ANZ HR team to address local challenges for employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team in maintaining updated personnel files.
- Review and regularly update the employee portal with upcoming events and important communications.
- Exposure to full spectrum HR processes (hire to retire).
- Access to learning and development opportunities.
- A supportive team environment that shares knowledge for continuous learning and celebrates successes.
- Exposure to the media and entertainment industry.
- Proficient in Canva, MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with great prioritization skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Clear communication skills.
- Passionate about the Film industry.
- Currently undertaking university study in an HR discipline or relevant field.
