About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Production Assistant to join our team at Impact HR Group.

In this role, you will work on the assembly line, assisting with the manufacturing and distribution of world-class air conditioners. Your duties will include reviewing drawings, assembling components, using hand and power tools, and performing quality checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review drawings and diagrams to ensure components are assembled correctly
  • Assemble small sheet metal sub-assembly components
  • Use a variety of hand, power, and air tools
  • Complete quality checks to ensure all work is to specifications
  • Ensure all work is accurately recorded on check sheets to ensure quality
  • Use and safely operate lifting equipment as required
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 20kgs
  • Previous experience working with hand and power tools is desirable
  • Be able to provide evidence of a good solid work history
  • Have the desire to join a team that takes pride in the manufactured quality of their products
  • Be reliable, follow through with what you say you will do and contribute to the team's chemistry
