The Role: HR Advisor
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Advisor to join our HR Solutions division. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver our bespoke HR and recruitment solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and facilitating employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assisting with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies, and assisting with HR audits.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing relevant reports as needed.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and recommending improvements to HR processes and procedures.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strong communicator, a team player, and a problem solver. You'll also need to be proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems, and have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
