We are seeking an Early Careers Talent Advisor to join our team at Grant Thornton Australia.

About This Role

The Early Careers Talent Advisor will work closely with our Sydney and Brisbane offices to deliver early careers recruitment campaigns and post-offer engagement activities. The role will involve providing support to the National Talent Acquisition Lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering the student recruitment cycle, as well as contributing to our ongoing early careers recruitment strategy.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end candidate and application management, responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email, working closely with the People & Culture team and Partners to run Assessment Centre activities, interviews, and in-house events, and building relationships with key partners including student associates/societies, university careers services, and accounting industry groups.

In addition to embodying our CARE values, you will be a confident communicator with strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills, able to build relationships and work as part of a team, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced using an applicant tracking system or CRM.
